If there are any issues with my cake or the payment method I have chosen, I hereby recognize that City Center Ice Cream will make all reasonable efforts to contact me using the information I have provided. I also hereby agree that my cake order is in complience with the 48 hour notice and that failure to abide by the 48 hour notice may result in additional charges or the cancellation of my order.
